We arrange travel, which means we hold information about the people travelling — and in the case of visas, a great deal of it. This page says what we take, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you enquire. Your name, telephone number, where you would like to go, when, and how many of you there are including the ages of any children.
When you book. Your full name as it appears on your passport, your date of birth, your passport number and its expiry date, and your nationality. Airlines and hotels require these.
When we handle a visa for you. Depending on the country, this may include a scan of your passport, photographs, bank statements, income tax returns, employment letters and letters of invitation. We ask for these only because the consulate concerned requires them.
After you travel. If you complete our feedback form, your answers — and, only where you have expressly agreed, a line we may quote.
To quote for you, to make bookings in your name, to apply for visas on your behalf, to reach you before and during your journey, and to keep the records a travel business is required to keep.
We do not sell your information to anybody, and we do not share it for advertising.
Booking records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them. Visa documents are kept only as long as the application requires and are deleted afterwards, unless you ask us to retain them for a future application.
A quotation is an offer, not a booking. Fares, room rates and availability are held but not issued until we tell you in writing that a booking is confirmed. Until that point, prices may change and availability may be lost.
Payment terms are agreed with you directly and set out at the time of booking.
Cancellations and changes are governed by the terms of the airline, hotel or operator concerned, and those terms differ between suppliers. We tell you what they are in writing at the time of booking. Airdash's own service charges are set out separately.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and for meeting the entry requirements of every country on your journey. We advise on visas, and we apply on your behalf where you ask us to, but no travel agent can guarantee a visa. Consular decisions are not ours to make, and a refusal does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid to airlines, hotels or consulates.
We arrange travel with airlines, hotels, transport operators and local companies. We take care in choosing them. We are not liable for their acts or omissions, nor for delay, disruption, weather, strike action, or anything else beyond our reasonable control.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for every journey, and we can arrange it. If you decline it, you travel uninsured.
Prices, itineraries and photographs on this site are illustrative and subject to availability. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
This site uses a small number of cookies. Some are necessary for the site to work — for example, remembering whether you are looking at travel to India or travel from India, so that we do not ask you twice.
We also use analytics to understand which pages people read. This tells us how many visitors we have and which journeys interest them. It does not tell us who you are.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though it will not remember your preferences.
